Dr. Louis A. Genello

Dr. Louis Genello was born and raised in Scranton, Pennsylvania. He attended Scranton Preparatory School and went on to earn his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from the University of Scranton. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the Maurice H. Kornberg School of Dentistry at Temple University.

With over 41 years of experience in restorative and cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Genello is certified in dental implants and restorations. His continuing education has been heavily focused on dental implantology and implant placement, where he remains on the forefront of evolving techniques and technology.

Dr. Genello is a member of the Scranton District Dental Society, the Pennsylvania Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the American Institute of Implantology.

An avid outdoor enthusiast, Dr. Genello is also an accomplished marathon runner, having completed over 20 marathons-including the New York City Marathon and the prestigious Boston Marathon. He enjoys traveling the world in pursuit of his passions, which include motorsports, skiing, and golf. He resides in the greater Scranton area with his wife, Susan, and is the proud father of three children: Anthony, Andrea, and Ashley.
