Dr. Knott and Dr. Genello are the best. They are conservative in their treatment and never over-treat or claim there are problems when there aren’t. I truly appreciate that they don’t try to sell unnecessary products, which is rare these days. I’ve been a patient at this practice since 1983. This dental practice and Dr Knott In particular is exceptional. My young daughters both needed treatment which included pulling teeth. Dr Knott did not rush the procedures, but spent a long time making them calm so they would undergo the procedures. My one daughter had to return for an another visit because he didn’t want to overly stress her about undergoing too much work at one visit. Both appointments went well over the amount of time for a normal office visit. He was kind, compassionate and took his time with excellent and pain-free results. I am very appreciative of the time he gave them. Without hesitation, it’s the best dental practice in NEPA.
