⸻ I have been a patient of Dr. Genello since I was a teenager, and now at 35, I still wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. From the moment you walk into the office, there is such a sense of nostalgia and comfort. The office looks the same as it always has, and I truly hope it never changes. It doesn’t feel cold or stuffy like so many medical offices. Instead, it feels welcoming, familiar, and calming. I am always relaxed when I come here, even when I know I’m about to have my teeth drilled! Dr. Genello is incredibly smart, wise, and experienced, and it shows in the care he provides. Recently, his son in law, Dr. Knott, joined the practice, and together they make the perfect team. Dr. Knott brings a fresh, modern perspective as a younger dentist, while Dr. Genello brings decades of knowledge and expertise. It’s the best of both worlds. The entire staff is wonderful. The dental hygienists are so kind and always put you at ease. Melissa at the front desk is such a friendly, welcoming face. She truly makes you feel known and cared for. One of my favorite things about this office is how easy scheduling is. Melissa keeps me up to date by text, and I can simply text back with my availability to schedule, cancel, or reschedule appointments. It makes everything so convenient and stress free. This office does an amazing job balancing an old school, small town feel, where everyone knows your name, with modern equipment, up to date technology, and the latest education in dentistry. I even moved to Florida for seven years and still refused to change dentists. They were always willing to accommodate my schedule and squeeze me in during trips home, which meant so much to me. If you are looking for a dental practice that is kind, experienced, up to date, and genuinely cares about its patients, Dr. Genello and Dr. Knott are an exceptional team. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
